3. Trade Mission Organization
This is a service designed to assist a trade promotion organisation to plan,
execute and follow-up on a visit by a group of companies as part of an organised
Trade Mission. Each project has its own methodology and requirements which can be
accommodated by a mixture of our services. We can service general and sectoral
missions. Within the scope of this service we offer the following:
- Pre-mission market scan for each participant
- Preparation of short profiles on each participant
- Targeted marketing of event and participants
- Profiling of the companies to be met
- Introduction to potential partners
- All logistics (transportation, accomodation, interpreting and translation)
- Follow-up and reporting
